I'm currently reading ABC of Scholastic Philosophy, and I just found out my Dad is going to the USA soon. I want to ask him to buy me some books there, and this is what I've been thinking off.
1. Aquinas by Edward Feser
2. Neo Scholastic Essays by Edward Feser,
3. David Conway's The Rediscovery of Wisdom
4. Avicenna by John Mcginis
But I'm not too sure of these books are really for a novice such as myself. Are there any other someone would reccomend?
(I'd ask for The Last Superstition but my brother thinks I'm obsessed with gnus, so I don't want to get him on my case)

@Alexander,
Have you read Scholastic Metaphysics by Feser, and Real Essentialism by David Oderberg
