3 weeks ago I became a father to a beautiful and healthy baby boy. 

And just because this is a philosophy forum, I will add that watching the whole process of pregnancy has changed me from a moderately pro-life position (abortion is wrong but isn't exactly murder; let's just try not to encourage it) to a much more radical one (abortion is murder from the moment a fetal heartbeat is detectable; should be illegal in all circumstances barring immediate danger to the mother's life).
