Literally Nothing

Is it logically impossible for nothing to exist at all? That is to say, would a logical contradiction hold if there was absolutely nothing?

Yes, or at least it begs the question about there being any necessary beings. If we restrict the claim to ‘It is possible that there are no contingent beings’ then it becomes a lot more plausible.

Look up the Subtraction Argument, as the debate over it pertains to this question.
