I just saw someone on reddit say that the laws of logic and mathematical truths are physical because they are in the brain and the brain is physical. He was serious.

There is a bit of naturalized mysticism going on in that thought: nature grows knowers so that it can know itself; nature is a logico-mathematical order, the brain grows out of it, and thus the brain operates logically. I get the sense that there's a covert panpycism buried in the idea.
