So I've been wanting to read philosophical commentaries and exposition on the Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes and Book of Wisdom. The commentaries/expositions could be open ended, as in having more than one interpretation, as long as they are clear in how they interpret it. I don't mind if the commentaries/expositions to be as lengthy as they can be, so the thickness of the book won't discourage me. Is anyone is familiar with this?

I was searching for something and stumbled upon St.Thomas's commentary on the Psalms.
I have not personally read it but immediately thought of your post here. May be it would help.Offline
I have Thomas on John, I think.

If you can find an English translation of either Gersonides or Nahmanides (or if you can read the original Hebrew) I would strongly recommend them. They are, of course, a very different angle than those mentioned above.

The Fathers are always a good place to start for commentaries on the scriptures.
