Hi all,
I've just completed a draft of a natural theological argument I've been considering for some time, one that I've found implicit in a few Patristic thinkers (Tertullian and Athanasius), as well as explicit in many a scholastic manual. The basic idea behind the argument is that there is an ontological unity to the world, and this unity must be explained in terms of some principle of unity, some unifying efficient cause, namely, God.
I would love for anyone with time and interest to take a look at it, and offer comments (good or bad) where possible. The link to the paper is here. I can also provide a PDF copy to anyone interested. Thanks!
