What is the best presentation of Aquinas' Five Ways you have read?

The best modern account of the Five Ways and response to various (weak but annoyingly persistent) objections against them is generally acknowledged to be Thomas Aquinas: God and Explanations by Christopher Martin. For reasons which will become apparent upon looking it up on Amazon this is one of those books you need a library for.
Despite having a moronic title Michael Augros' Who Designed the Designer? contains an excellent discussion of the First Way.
With regards to Neo-Thomist manuals Graham Joyce' Principles of Natural Theology is the classical presentation, with Maurice Holloway's Introduction to Natural Theology not far behind.

Great suggestions so far from both of you. I've been reading the "Proofs for God's Existence" chapter in Principles of Natural Theology. I'll look into Martin's books as well.
